My purpose...

…was not developed overnight, not even in a few years, it has been a lifelong journey. Full of ups and downs, fear and joy, knowing when to stay or move on, it has truly shaped me into the person I am today and the work that I do with the incredible people I have met on my path.

In my childhood years...

…I was not in an environment that was open to spirituality or the concept of life after death, and my natural ability to connect with a higher power was shut down at an early age by the people around me, along with my own fear as a child seeing and feeling things I didn’t understand. I went through a traditional education path, earned my degree in engineering, worked in a technical career, but I always had this pull towards self-help books. This eventually turned into a hunger for deeper spiritual meaning, and opened up a pathway for me to take. How lucky I was that I was able to see this new path and embrace it fully.

Over the years I have had many jobs (27 to be exact), but my most important job was being a mother. Because of my childhood environment being around narcissism, formality, and lack of emotion and empathy, I had the chance to be the mother that I had wanted for my own children. I realize now this was my first opportunity to subconsciously heal ancestral trauma. This taught me many things that I could use to empathize and help others when dealing with hardship that I could only get through caring, loving, and raising my children through their own milestones.

Being a stay-at-home mom...

…gave me the gift of time to delve deeper into spirituality, energy work, and revisiting the intuition that had been shut down at an early age. The books I read, the people I met, my internal work, the experiences that I couldn’t rationalize with angels, animals, technology “glitches”, were all wake-up calls for me and propelled me further on this path. I couldn’t stop this train even if I wanted to, it was a one-way ticket to my life here and now.

In 2016, my life took a major turn. I had already been doing a ton of work around my spirituality and intuition, and was training to be a craniosacral therapist, when I started to smell bonfire smoke in places where it wouldn’t make sense. A few months later, I was in a meditative state where I saw a Native American chief in my mind’s eye, and had the compulsion to bring forth sound with my voice. With time I learned this was a form of sound healing, others have called it channeling or light language, but I prefer the term heart-to-heart communication. I also learned the bonfire smoke I was smelling was not a medical condition, but instead a psychic sense of smell, or clairalience. This was another big fork in the road for me, and I made the decision to embrace this new and uncomfortable path. Over the years, I learned to share and deepen this connection, which led me towards mediumship, spiritual empowerment, meditation, and utilizing my intuition and connection to help others.

Over the last few years...

…I’ve really honed in on my purpose and how I can help others. I had to shut down my craniosacral business because of the pandemic, was figuring out how to move into this new realm of online work, rebuilding my business with new set intentions, went through a painful divorce in my 50s, and moved 1,200 miles away to rebuild my life and start a brand new chapter. I was in a state of transformation that was by no means easy, but it has positioned me in a way to help other women going through similar struggles and empathize with those hardships. Life can be so hard and throw us some really difficult situations and experiences, but we can work, learn, and grow together to build a community of love and support.

I have found my purpose...

…in this line of work and in my life is to help others learn from their experiences. I teach others to embrace their own connection with spirit, see not only possible opportunities for healing, but also the signs we receive from spirit every day. I had been searching my entire life for the connection I have now with my own internal guidance and inner wisdom, and learning to listen to that calling that was a part of me from the very beginning. It is a skill knowing when to stay or to walk away altogether from things that do not serve or help you anymore, and following through on those intentions in order to stay in alignment with higher purpose. I have never stopped learning and growing, and will continue to do so no matter my age or circumstance, and for those that want to go on their own journey of spirituality, intuition, and healing, I use my own path and experiences to support and assist on their journey.
